Peanut

Peanut

Hi there -

Last November Stephen, my husband, and I adopted a dog you were calling
(I think) Honey Bear. She had had an infected leg but was better,
though still with a slight limp, when we adopted her.

We just wanted you to know that Honey Bear has become a valued member of our family and we love her to death! She's the sweetest most loving dog anyone could wish for.

We take her to the dog park almost every weekend and it's her mission
to go up to each and every person there to say high and allow a few
moments of petting before moving on.

We re-named her peanut, because she was a little peanut (though not so
little anymore) and her coat and eye color were like peanut butter.

We should have named her Grace, based on her ability to body check
pieces of furniture (and people) much larger then herself and based on
the way she tumbles off of furniture sort of like a bag of potatoes.

Anyway, we wanted to let you know how she was doing and thank you again
for doing such good work.
